  • Evaluation of overall project status, performance, payments, and schedule
  • Analysis of causations for alleged defaults and potential liabilities as well as for other potential events/causes leading to change order claims
  • Evaluation of project receivables related to principal, CM or GC, reviewing the status of progress and cost to complete including any rework, analysis of potential exposures for LDs or consequential damages
