DENVER, CO - The 2019 AGC Convention was held last week in Denver, CO. BCC employees Charlene Peacock, PMP, EIT, and Chris Heider, CRIS, attended this year’s Annual Convention, which covered topics including, contract documents, insurance and risk, workforce development and diversification, the political landscape, and its impacts to the construction industry, safety, and technology impacting general contractors across the country.
The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is the leading association in the construction industry, representing over 6,500 of America’s leading general contractors, and over 9,000 specialty contracting firms. BCC is a member of the AGC of America, and is active in the Pittsburgh Master Builder’s Association chapter. We believe the AGC is an invaluable resource to the general contracting industry, and we look forward to opportunities like this where we can engage in contemporaneous discussions regarding emerging trends, and technologies.
If you missed the meeting this year, or didn’t get a chance to meet with us, please give us a call to see how our team can be of service to your firm.
