SAN DIEGO, CA - The 2018 AACE International Annual Meeting was held last week in San Diego, CA. BCC employees Murat Kilic, PSP, Lindsay Macioce, EIT, PSP, and Jarod Copeland, PE, PSP, attended this year’s annual meeting which covered topics including half-step scheduling, performing a forensic delay analysis when contemporaneous schedule updates are missing, and trends in construction technology, and the relative impact on construction claims.
AACE provides information on total cost management in the construction and engineering industries in a variety of areas including project management, estimating, planning, scheduling, cost engineering, decision, and risk management, earned value, and claims, and disputes. AACE has been certifying cost engineering, and cost management professionals since 1976. It is an invaluable resource to cost management professionals across the globe.
